New graduate hires

Salary	Set according to Pyxos standards, taking into account age, skills, experience, and other factors.
Bonus	Yes (Two times per year, beginning from your second year of employment with Pyxos)

Days off/Vacation days	Two full days off per week, national holidays, summer vacation days, New Year holidays, paid vacation days, totaling 125 days off annually
Working hours	Flex-time system 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (breaktime: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.) Core time: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Flexible time: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Retirement benefit system	Yes (After working for at least three years after joining Pyxos)
Retirement age	60 (Continued employment system allows employment up to 65)
Positions available	Sales People with basic computer skills, such as using MS Word and Excel People who are confident in their communication skills Technical Support People with basic computer skills Development People with basic programming knowledge
Content of work	Sales You will be asked to conduct telephone-based product sales, send direct mail advertising, and provide post-sales follow-ups. Technical Support You will be asked to acquire specialized knowledge on a range of software and handle customer inquiries. Development Engage in product planning and software development.

Document-based application screening

Pyxos will screen applications from candidates based on documents sent via our application form or via post. We will contact those who pass the screening to schedule an interview. (As there is no specific start date for accepting applications, please feel free to apply at any time.)
