Society, the economy, and technology are changing at a greater speed and scale today than we could ever have imagined. In the midst of such change, we
believe that it is important to look carefully at the essential nature of things, to take a broad perspective on the future, and to pursue new things. This

to the belief that we should enhance productivity and creativity to enrich our customers' time. We also view this belief from the perspective of
sustainability and are working to address environmental and social responsibility from several angles. Our corporate slogan expresses our desire to provide

Our commitment to the SDGs
The Sustainable Development Goals (known as the “SDGs”), adopted by the United Nations in September 2015, include 17 goals for 2030 that are intended to
change the world for the better. The SDGs are an international framework to respond to global problems and achieve a sustainable future.
To play our part in these efforts, Pyxos actively works to achieve a sustainable future through our business operations and through the environments in
which our employees work.
Story (Establishing an SDGs Promotion Office/Opening an Italian restaurant)
Job satisfaction and economic growth
Creating workplaces that provide job satisfaction and opportunities for growth
Although Pyxos has until now focused on the development and sale of software and maintenance-centric operations, we decided to develop our business in a
new direction, establishing an SDGs Promotion Office with the goal of making a greater contribution to society. As a first step to develop a food-related
business, we opened the “Ospitalita” Italian restaurant. The restaurant welcomes Shuji Kumamoto, owner and chef of Piccolo Mondo, a well-known
establishment of long-standing in the Shichimi Koji area of Kagoshima City.

At lunch, Ospitalita functions as a cafeteria for our employees to promote a better understanding of food-oriented SDGs within the company. At night it
offers dinner courses and à la carte dining, featuring a menu that focuses on locally sourced ingredients.
The role of restaurants is changing significantly. However, we believe that to enjoy dining is to enrich the soul, which is also in line with our
corporate philosophy of “Pursuing true value.”
Here we will provide a broad introduction of the many activities and backgrounds of our employees, looking at a sample schedule for a day in their life
and examining their actual experiences.
Pyxos is looking for employees who enjoy a challenge. There are no borders when it comes to web-based applications. They represent a very real opportunity
for businesses in Kagoshima. We sincerely look forward to meeting like-minded people who can join us in taking on the challenge of creating borderless
sales.
